Bio/Description

Major: SPIA
College: Butler
International Experience: SPIA Program at University of Cambridge
Location: Cambridge, England

I am currently a senior in the School of Public and International Affairs, also pursuing a certificate in Applications of Computing. In the spring of 2023, I studied abroad at Pembroke College at Cambridge University. There, I took courses on international organizations and social theory. At Cambridge, you have the option to either sit for exams or author a term-long dissertation, and I chose to do the latter for both terms I was there, in addition to my junior paper. As a SPIA student, I participated in a Task Force abroad on NATO and European Security. The Task Force was especially memorable to me because we were able to hear from several foreign policy experts and tour London’s Ministry of Defense. Outside of class, I enjoyed trying rowing and being a coxswain for the first time at Pembroke and getting involved in the UK’s pub trivia culture! Studying abroad remains to me one of the best decisions I have made since coming to Princeton. I miss Cambridge already and am always happy to chat about my time there!

Student organization(s) I'm a part of at Princeton:
