Truman Scholarship for Juniors Info Session

Event Description

**Be sure to consult the OIP Events page one or two days prior to the session for location confirmation.**

This session presents an overview of the Truman Scholarship with special guest Dr. Terry Babcock-Lumish, Executive Secretary of the Truman Scholarship Foundation. Committee members will be on hand to address your specific questions. The Truman Scholarship Program annually awards 55–65 scholarships to U.S. citizen JUNIORS in recognition of their outstanding leadership records and potential, academic achievement, and commitment to pursuing careers in public service. The award provides up to $30,000 toward future graduate study in the U.S. or abroad in a wide variety of fields—plus a supportive community of peers and mentors. (Graduate study does not need to be pursued immediately after graduating from Princeton.)
